Acting only as a “Remote terminal” the phone provides a wire-less data link to connect the Lock to the Central Management System. User security data is double encrypted to overcome the known weakness of Bluetooth.
The lock itself becomes the “Final arbiter” when granting access with rights being determined by the CMS and updated to the Lock on-demand. User data, including images of the user as the security data is entered then securely shared with the CMS for audit and forensic purposes.

CentraLock not only authenticates the phone but uniquely VALIDATES the phone using a “Two-factor” secure authentication protocol. Validation defeats malicious acts by demanding managed interaction between the user, the phone, the mPac and the CMS in order to gain entry.
Low power locking solutions have traditionally been vulnerable to attacks based on impact or vibration, the use of geared actuation banishes this threat completely as drive is provided by the dedicated mPac capable of supplying significant levels of power to drive the “Industrial level” locks reliably even in severe weather.
Being without power means that in the locked condition there is no way that a lock can be attacked using ant cyber methods.
By retaining the existing lock where appropriate old locks have their useful life greatly extended, this hugely reduces landfill. Using a single re-chargeable battery in the mPac means that the environmental impact of CentraLock is almost imperceptible.
The lock does not run on batteries making it operationally reliable and environmentally practical..
Our Core Technologies can be retrofit into existing manual locks, they can also be applied to a palisade shroud and our generic shroud can simply cover any existing mechanical lock and add CentraLock levels of security without invalidating any approvals or warranties that may apply to the existing locking mechanism.
This also completely overcomes the problem of “Missing keys” which can still be used across an estate because the key can only be used AFTER the CentraLock shroud has been securely opened.
We integrate our systems with fire alarm panels, fire suppression systems and or electric fencing providing secure activation and deactivation prior and post entry.
